High-Concentration Alkaline Detergent Bios K by Grass

Designed for cleaning equipment, railway tanks, containers, and storage units from vegetable and animal fats, proteins, and petroleum products on various surfaces. Thanks to its powerful emulsifying action, the product quickly deals with even stubborn contaminants. It is effectively used in the fishing and fish processing industries for washing and degreasing food processing equipment.

Application Method:

1. Automatic Washing:
   • Dilute the product at a ratio of 30-50 ml/l for a foam generator.
   • For a foam set, dilute with water in a ratio of 1:1 – 1:3 depending on the level of contamination.
   • Apply the prepared solution evenly on the surface as thick foam using a foam generator.
   • Leave for 1-2 minutes, preventing it from drying out, then rinse with high-pressure water.
2. Manual Washing:
   • Dilute the product at a ratio of 30-50 ml/l of water.
   • Apply the prepared solution to the surface, leave for 1-2 minutes, preventing it from drying out, then rinse with water.
   • Recommended water temperature: 40-60°C.

Precautions:

• Avoid contact with skin and eyes; use protective gloves and goggles.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not inhale vapors and avoid direct contact with the concentrate.

Storage Conditions:

• Store in a tightly closed container at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
• Shelf life: 24 months from the date of production.
