14-day Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days (the right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity). **Please note that custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.**
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered product must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as permitted for testing the product in a physical store. The returned product must be complete, meaning it must include all items included in the product package. If the product was purchased as part of a promotion where an additional product was included, the entire set of products must be returned.
The buyer bears the cost of returning the product, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the product does not match the order (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
The buyer must return the product within 14 days of submitting the return request (see below) or provide proof that they have handed the product over to the carrier within the specified period.
The SityPro online store will refund the buyer all payments received under the contract immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the return request, once the returned product has been received.
The online store may withhold the refund until it receives the product that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer provides proof of shipment, whichever occurs earlier.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the SityPro online store, the SityPro online store is not obliged to reimburse the buyer for costs exceeding those of the standard delivery method.
