ACOUSTIC products are mainly designed for sound insulation of interior walls.

Products with a width of 610 mm are designed to be installed between metal frame posts with a pitch of 600 mm. With a width of 565 mm, the products are intended for sound insulation between wooden frames with a standard pitch of 600 mm. ACOUSTIC thicknesses are in accordance with the standard thicknesses for metal and wood frames. ACOUSTIC is also used to improve the sound insulation of suspended ceiling constructions and partitions. 

Improvements in manufacturing technology have improved the handling of the product.

Product Description

ISOVER ACOUSTIC products are soft, resilient, uncoated mineral wool mats packaged as tiles. ISOVER ACOUSTIC is made of inorganic and chemically neutral material and does not contain corrosive components. ISOVER ACOUSTIC is odourless, does not degrade and does not provide a favourable breeding ground for moulds. Complies with emission class M1 for building materials.

More insulation in a single package > less transport and opening of packages > less packaging waste.

How to use

ISOVER ACOUSTIC products are mainly intended for sound insulation between internal walls of lightweight construction. The product is also used to improve the acoustic insulation of suspended ceiling constructions and partitions.
